Equity Release

Equity Release enables you to unlock the value in your property. It's an area many retirees overlook and do not consider the potential funds locked in their homes.

Popular uses of Equity Release include clearing an outstanding mortgage, going on holiday, or treating family, although over half use the cash released for home improvements.

You will receive a cash lump sum, or a series of payments, giving you the freedom to spend the money how you wish, and you can stay in your home for however long you choose.

To qualify for an equity release you must be over 55 (if you are taking out a plan as a couple, this age applies to you both), your home must be worth at least 70,000 pounds, and you must be living in the UK.
